Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

Every new account gets 15 days free with full features and no payment details. The trial is the time to decide. If you do not subscribe when it ends, nothing is charged — the account simply becomes read-only and you can still export your data.

2. How billing works

Paid plans are billed in advance for the plan period shown at the time of purchase. GST and other taxes are charged as applicable. Payments are collected through a payment gateway; we do not store your card or bank details.

3. Refunds

• Within 7 days of your first payment: if BillSmart is not right for you, tell us and we refund the full amount, no questions asked.
• After 7 days: fees for the current period are not refundable, because the service was available to you for that period. You keep access until the period ends.
• Renewals: if a renewal was charged by mistake — for example you had already told us to cancel — we refund it in full.
• Duplicate or failed payments: any amount charged twice, or charged for a service you did not receive, is refunded in full.
• If we end the service: if we stop providing BillSmart, or suspend your account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of what you have paid.

Refunds are not given for the time an account was suspended because of non-payment or a breach of our Terms of Service.

4. How to ask for a refund or cancel

Write to khandelwaldigilabs@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 74892 78157 with your business name. We will confirm within 2 working days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back to the same method you paid with. We start the refund within 5 working days of approving it. After that it depends on your bank or card issuer, and usually reaches you within 7 to 10 working days.

6. Cancelling your subscription

• You can cancel at any time. There is no cancellation fee and no lock-in.
• Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for; it is not cut off on the day you cancel.
• Nothing further is charged after cancellation.
• Export your data before or after cancelling — it stays available for 90 days, after which it is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
